No one is the same, and that's okay. No two experiences are alike, but can you explain it? Everyone is different but can still see the overall big picture. Why does this matter? Too often, if something doesn’t appear as you think it should, it must be wrong. By comparing and imitating others, we lose the opportunity to learn in new ways. This can lead to not asking for help with what we truly need, rather than what may seem appealing. Can we change our mindset when it comes to collaborating with others?
